WHAT IS BLACK GARLIC?
Fresh garlic fermented under controlled temperature and humidity for 45 to 90 days. It is a natural enzymatic breakdown that is responsible for the natural caramelisation of the sugars, dark colour and deep, complex flavour profile.
- It has twice the amount of antioxidants (Vit A, C and E) than regular garlic. This protects our cells from disease and can slow down ageing.

COOKING WITH BLACK GARLIC:
Peel the Black Garlic bulbs and take out the cloves. Use in dips and sauces, stir fries, energy drinks, Roast chicken & meats; in fish marinate Black, in vinaigrettes, tossed in salads, or even on its own.
